1. Zhongke SmartCity provides users with relevant products, procedures and related services in accordance with the laws of People's Republic of China.
2. Zhongke SmartCity provides you with platform services for communication and participation.
3. Zhongke SmartCity will keep your registration information strictly confidential in accordance with the provisions of this agreement. If you think your personal information is used beyond the normal service scope, please contact the administrator immediately and we will verify the correction.
4. Due to the particularity of some services, you must accept and understand the following actions:
1) Zhongke SmartCity reserves the right to change, discontinue or terminate some or all of the services (including paid services) at any time. We will only inform you of the changes in the paid services, and we will provide equivalent alternative services or refund the rest of your fees for the items you have paid.
2) This service requires regular or irregular overhaul and maintenance of the service platform or related equipment. If the service is interrupted within a reasonable period of time due to such circumstances, Zhongke SmartCity shall not bear any responsibility. Zhongke SmartCity should give as much notice as possible.

2) Please update the registration information if there is any change.
6. This Agreement may be updated from time to time due to the expansion or deepening of our Services. Please pay attention to it, and you also recognize the binding effect of the updated Agreement on you.
1. Zhongke SmartCity complies with national laws and regulations, protects the legitimate rights of every registered user, and treats every registered user fairly. All users are equal.
2. Zhongke SmartCity respects the user's portrait right and the ownership of the published content. Without your consent, the company will not be used for any commercial purpose.
3. Zhongke SmartCity the privacy of users. Your personal information is only partially or completely disclosed in the following circumstances:
1) With your consent, disclosure to a third party;
2) Disclosure of your rights dispute with any third party in order to facilitate the settlement of the dispute between the two parties;
3) According to the relevant provisions of the law or the requirements of the administrative or judicial organs, it shall be disclosed to third party or administrative or judicial organs;

4. You are not allowed to impersonate other people to register our company's related products, procedures and services, nor to embezzle other people's accounts. If this act, any legal responsibility will be borne by you.
5. You must have an objective and fair attitude towards the activities and contents that you published in our company and shall not publish any content that may damage the image of Zhongke SmartCity or violate the spirit of relevant activities.
6. You shall not use relevant products, procedures and services of our company to carry out activities that violate laws and crimes, endanger national security, disclose state secrets, or infringe upon the legitimate rights and interests of others, and shall not make, copy or disseminate the following information by using the products, procedures and services of our company:
1) Inciting resistance and destroying the implementation of the Constitution and laws and administrative regulations;
2) Inciting the subversion of state power and overthrowing the socialist system;
3) Inciting division of the state or undermining national unity;
4) Inciting national hatred, national discrimination and undermining national unity;
5) Fabricating or distorting facts, spreading rumors and disturbing social order;
6) Advocating feudalism, obscenity, pornography, gambling, violence, murder, terror and abetting crime;
7) Flagrant insult or fabricate facts to slander another person, or engage in other malicious attacks;
8) Infringe upon the privacy, portrait, copyright, trademark rights, contractual rights or any other lawful rights of any individual or entity;
9) Impair the credibility of the state organs;
10) Containing viruses;
11) Containing commercial advertisements;
12) Other information that violates the constitution, laws or administrative regulations.

Without the authorization or permission of our company, any registered member shall not engage in any commercial activity in the name of the related products, procedures and services of our company, nor shall the related products, procedures and services of our company be used as a place, platform or any other form of media engaged in business activities or various illegal activities; the related products of the company are prohibited.
9. Please report to the webmaster any information that infringes on the products, procedures and services of Zhongke SmartCity and Zhongke SmartCity.
As for the contents prohibited by the Zhongke SmartCity, once found, the company has the right to edit or delete it directly. If there is an act that offends the law, it will be transferred to the judiciary to deal with it.1. All the contents of the related products, procedures and services of the Zhongke SmartCity, such as trademark, text, picture, logo, and advertisement are exclusive property of the Zhongke SmartCity or its content provider. You can not use it without authorization. At the same time, these contents can not be used for any goods or service that may cause consumers confusion or degrading to the Zhongke SmartCity.

4. The final interpretation of this agreement is owned by the Zhongke SmartCity.
